Improper use of a holster is arguably one of the most dangerous activities a handgun shooter can engage in, short of wilfully or carelessly mishandling their firearm. As a result, the majority of commercial and not-for-profit ranges won’t allow their members to use a holster without first receiving competent instruction from a qualified instructor. The Handgun Fundamentals and Holster Course has been specifically designed to address that requirement. In addition to ensuring proper holster technique, the course also provides participants with an excellent understanding of the fundamentals of handgun marksmanship. Safety always comes first, but shooting is just more fun if you hit what you’re shooting at.
